E-Foiling at Lake of the Ozarks

E-foiling is the future of watersports, and BT Wake Experience brings it to Lake of the Ozarks with the best equipment and coaching in the region. An electric hydrofoil, or eFoil, is a surfboard with a battery-powered motor and a hydrofoil wing mounted underneath. You control the speed with a wireless handheld remote, and as you accelerate, the foil lifts the board completely out of the water. No boat, no waves, no rope. Just you, the board, and the open lake.

We use Lift eFoils, the industry standard for safety, performance, and reliability. The boards are nearly silent, produce zero emissions, and reach speeds up to 25 miles per hour. Beginners start on their knees at low speed to build comfort and balance, then progress to standing and eventually to full flight above the water. Our coaches guide you through every phase, adjusting the lesson to your pace and comfort level. Most riders are flying within their first session. The feeling is unlike anything else on the water: smooth, quiet, and completely free.

E-foiling is ideal for anyone looking for a unique experience that blends technology, nature, and adrenaline. You do not need prior board sports experience. The sport works well for solo riders, couples, and small groups. It is also an excellent option when lake conditions are choppy, because the foil lifts you above the surface turbulence. Lake of the Ozarks provides warm water, scenic coves, and over 1,100 miles of shoreline to explore during your ride. Sessions include the eFoil board, safety gear, wireless remote, and one-on-one instruction. We recommend ages 14 and up for e-foiling.
